The Paul D. Lindstrom Library

Welcome to our library, named after our founder and pastor, the late Dr. Paul Lindstrom. Pastor Paul, as he was fondly called by all who knew and loved him, was an avid reader and collector of books so it is appropriate that our library is named after him. Our library was beautifully renovated in 2006 and we invite you to visit and use our wonderful facility.

Gifts and Donations Policy

The Lindstrom Library gladly accepts donated books and library materials, with the understanding that the library may sell materials that cannot be used in the collection at the used book sale in the spring. We cannot promise we will add donated books to our collection. All books will be evaluated by library staff and/or by a committee of teachers to determine if the materials are desired to enhance the library collection and the goals of the Christian Liberty Academy. An itemized receipt is available upon request for tax purposes. The donor may request that a bookplate with the donor’s name be added to the book. We are not permitted to add a value to your donated materials.

The Birthday Book Club

You are invited to join the CLA Lindstrom Library Birthday Book Club!

What is the Birthday Book Club?

The Birthday Club is a way to help celebrate your child’s birthday by donating a book in their honor to the CLA library. This is a wonderful way for us to demonstrate to our children how we can impact future generations at CLA.

To join the Birthday Book Club:

• Choose a book from the Birthday Book Club selection notebook on display in the library, or go to the Christian Liberty Academy Wish List on to select a book. Go to and type in Christian Liberty Library in the search.
• Print and fill out the downloadable Birthday Book Club form (also available in the library).
• Submit your payment along with the form to the library staff. Please allow at least two weeks before your child’s birthday.

When your book arrives,
• A personalized bookplate label with your name will be included in the book.
• Your picture will be taken with your book and included in the Birthday Book Album.
• You will be the first to check out your book. Once returned it will be added to the CLA library collection for students to enjoy for years to come.
• You will be recognized in the Library Newsletter.
• Your donation inspires and encourages others to do the same.

Give your child a birthday gift that can be opened time and time again!

Honorariums and memorials are also welcome… a teacher’s birthday, a special person at Christmas, or to honor a special event.

Return your form with payment to the library at least two weeks before your child’s birthday. Book prices range from about $3.99 to $25.00. Your book donation is tax deductible.

Thanks for your support of our library!
